The Jing's Residence (Pingyao Jingzhai Kezhan) is a courtyard-style hotel located on East Avenue in the heart of the Pinyao's ancient historical district. The building in which the hotel is housed was once the former residence of a Qing Dynasty silk merchant. The Jing's Residence consists of four courtyards connected by corridors paved with black bricks in the ancient Chinese northern residence style.
